HOW TO MAP OUT ONE YEAR OF MARKETING
Having your marketing mapped out for an entire year is possible. Follow these steps to get your brand started on the path of WARRIOR marketing.
STEP ONE: THE WARRIOR MARKETING SERIES PLANNER
This is where you PICK YOUR 5 SERIES TOPICS AND TITLES. Think about 5 different CORNERSTONE topics that your tribe will benefit most from and be the most interested in.
STEP TWO: THE WARRIOR POST PLANNER
This is where you MAP OUT THE POSTS FOR EACH SERIES. We normally have 4-7 posts for each series. But really the number of posts should be determined by the amount of content for each series. If a series needs 10 posts to communicate the message then do that, but if it only need 3 keep it to three!
STEP THREE: THE WARRIOR POST CREATOR
CREATE THE OUTLINE FOR EACH POST. The last step is to create the outline for each post, this will make the writing of the script/post WAY easier. And we’ve created an awesome template for you which will make this step even easier. It’s called the WARRIOR Post Creator.
IT’S LIKE
There is a field that we pass every time we hike down to the beach from our house. The person who owns the field grows pumpkins each year. It’s a make of the beginning of fall when we see the big golden pumpkins in the field. But here’s the thing, they start planting those pumpkins in June.
One of the biggest mistakes we see being made by business owners is after they launch their business they fall for the “If you build it they will come” approach to growing their brands. They launch and then they sit there waiting and wondering why they aren’t seeing anything happen.
That would be like if the owner of the field got the field all ready for planting seeds, but then instead of planting any pumpkin seeds they just sat there hoping to see pumpkins in the fall. We would think they were crazy. Yet so many businesses do the exact same thing. They launch their new brand and then just sit there waiting for everyone to show up. Then they wonder why they aren’t seeing growth or a big harvest… it’s because they never planted any seeds!
Your marketing is your seeds, the more quality seeds you plant, the greater the harvest you’ll have. Are you starting to understand this? We hope so. Because once you get this, put it into action, and stay consistent, you WILL see a big harvest. And that’s what we want for you!
